The Talent Development Manager is a passionate champion of E INC’s values and is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of all associated people programs. Your Talent Development programs will support the overall employee experience and organizational culture, fostering an environment where employees thrive and want to grow. This high-impact role will include the design of career paths, leadership tracks, performance management programs, succession planning programs, and talent development experiences.
Your Talent Development programs may include on-demand modules, in-person or virtual training sessions, and facilitated discussions, all contributing to the design and delivery of unique development experiences that will inspire and engage our employees. The Talent Development Manager will have a variety of interactions with leaders and team members across Canada and the US, responding to questions and needs related to talent development programs and processes.

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $95,000.00 - $110,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
