Supervise the Logistics Centre Coordinators to ensure operational excellence and achievement of local and regional goals. Lead hiring, onboarding, and continuous team development. Accountable for meeting commercial client SLAs—including inspections, reconditioning, and ancillary services—through internal and external providers.

What You Will Do:

  • Day-to-Day Operations
    • Support the execution of exceptional customer experiences by being hands-on and ready to jump in alongside the team, whether it's washing cars or delivering vehicles.
    • Supervise the day-to-day responsibilities of Logistics Centre Coordinators; ensure company processes and standards are consistently followed.
    • Drive production and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment while addressing complex issues with strong problem-solving and a customer-centric mindset.
    • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and ensure strict adherence to health and safety practices.
    • Own the end-to-end delivery of commercial client SLAs—including inspections, reconditioning, key cutting, property handling, and redemptions—using both in-house and vendor resources.
    • Monitor real-time service metrics to proactively resolve delays and provide regular performance reports to the Regional Manager.
    • Lead vendor accountability through performance reviews, deficiency resolution, and SOP development and maintenance.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training to equip the team for success; foster a high-performance culture through consistent feedback, goal setting, and creative employee recognition.
    • Manage team communications, performance issues, and administrative duties including timecards, PTO, and payroll deadlines.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
    • Monitor SLA performance and key metrics; summarize findings for upper management to drive informed decision-making.
    • Identify process optimization opportunities; maintain SOPs, contribute to training documentation, and execute additional duties as assigned by the Regional Manager


What You Will Need:

  • At least 4+ years in an operational role, specifically within the automotive sector.
  • Proven experience supervising teams (ideally 3+ people), managing performance, and collaborating with Human Resources on employee relations.
  • Skilled at overseeing third-party service providers and ensuring they meet strict SLA and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with inspections, diagnostics, reconditioning, and redemption processes.
  • Comfortable with "under-the-hood" tasks like boosting batteries and identifying minor mechanical issues.
  • Advanced computer skills, specifically with G-Suite, CRM software, and data analysis to drive business recommendations.
  • Ability to build trust within a team and handle customer escalations professionally.
  • Ability to lead team meetings and safety briefings with a focus on clear communication and skill-building.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, urgent environment and is willing to work a flexible schedule.


Work Environment:

  • A balanced work environment that combines hands-on fieldwork with office-based tasks.
  • Physically active role requiring the ability to lift 20 lbs and work in various positions to inspect vehicles.
  • Work takes place in an active operational environment that includes loud noises, contaminants and moving parts.
  • Exposure to all weather elements and harsh temperatures. May require snow clearing.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Ability to drive both manual and standard shifts.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license and safe driving record.

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $60,000.00 - $70,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
