Regional Enterprise Sales Executive - Automotive

The Regional Enterprise Sales Executive will be the hands-on driver for prospecting and building the customer base for E INC’s suite of digital automotive services: EBlock, EDealer, and cars.ca. You will support key enterprise accounts and leverage your knowledge of relationship sales, automotive industry experience, and tech savviness to promote the use of our online offerings. This includes developing and implementing appropriate sales strategies with Directors  and the Go To Market (GTM) team to achieve customer growth goals. You will work within a team to enhance EBlock’s, EDealer’s, and cars.ca’s presences in new, existing, and emerging markets.

What You Will Do:

  • Represent either EDealer or EBlock as your primary role. Prospect, build, and maintain customer relationships to secure customer loyalty and further develop business. Identify, target, and aggressively pursue existing and new dealer prospects to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of key enterprise accounts with an emphasis on increasing the adoption of our E INC inventory lifecycle solutions.
  • Collaborate with key members of the EBlock, EDealer, and cars.ca enterprise sales teams to build joint solutions and drive sales and revenue.
  • Map and execute cross-functional engagement strategies involving our sales teams and resources to achieve targets.
  • Laser focus on pipeline ensuring disciplined prospecting techniques.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with enterprise accounts.
  • Confidently present EBlock, EDealer, and cars.ca technologies and value propositions and overcome objections. Understand customers’ current and future needs and identify opportunities for additional adoption of our solutions. 
  • Build and execute multi-quarter account strategies and business plans. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
  • Successfully register and onboard prospects. 
  • Provide regular onboarding updates and collaborate with internal sales and support teams.
  • Participate in industry or promotional events (i.e. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships. Research and be up-to-date with industry, re-marketing, and market knowledge. Adapt to new technology, tools, and processes.
  • Be nimble and able to travel to various markets.


What You Will Need:

  • Ability to navigate large enterprise accounts and influence multi-stakeholder decisions.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive resale market and key players.
  • Proven track record of relationships and sales to key decision makers in the industry.
  • Ability to balance the advocacy of our customers and the goals of EBlock, EDealer, and cars.ca
  • Ability to talk with Executive-level customers that have varying experience levels.
  • You are independently motivated: you set the right priorities without being told what or how.
  • You have exceptional networking skills. You excel at making great first impressions. You have a professional presence and high integrity.
  • You are not afraid of fast-paced or dynamic work. You are eager to tackle tough challenges head-on independently and/or collaboratively.
  • You are extremely organized and proactive in managing your time to maximize effectiveness.
  • Ability to travel within region.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of automotive retail/wholesale experience preferred.
  • Languages: English (required), French (an asset)

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $130,000.00 - $160,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
