The People & Culture Business Partner serves as an influential people partner, advising leaders across the business, while playing a key role in developing and implementing People & Culture strategy and programs in support of short-term and long-term business goals with the overall goal of attracting, retaining, and developing the best talent. This role will work with teams across Canada to provide overall human resources leadership and support to ensure high quality customer service. Partners with leaders with respect to employee relations, career development, succession planning, retention, training and leadership development. Administers, manages and implements People & Culture programs and services to ensure effective and efficient practices while contributing to a fast paced, collaborative work environment. A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
