The Training Manager (Inspections) is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a national training program for vehicle inspections across Canada. This role ensures consistent inspection quality, inspector efficiency, and operational excellence by establishing standardized processes, certification pathways, train-the-trainer programs and ongoing performance support for field inspectors, trainers, and Managers.
The Training Manager reports to the Director, Operations and partners closely with Regional Operations, Product, and Technology teams to translate inspection standards and platform updates into effective learning experiences delivered through a blended model (in‑person and virtual).

The base pay range for this full-time position is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
