The Commercial Accounts Coordinator is a positive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the automotive auction industry. This role works closely with the Commercial Accounts team to support the coordination, preparation, and management of commercial account vehicles across multiple regions.


The Coordinator will assist in ensuring vehicles are properly prepared for sale, inventory is accurately maintained, and all information shared with internal departments and clients is timely and accurate. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations, client communications, and internal coordination to ensure a smooth auction process.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the Commercial Accounts team in coordinating account activities and maintaining organized account management processes.
  • Monitor and maintain commercial account vehicle inventory to ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure vehicle condition reports are completed accurately and within required timelines.
  • Prepare and distribute vehicle inventory and status reports to internal teams and clients as required.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements for client vehicle inventory.
  • Assist with monitoring mechanical repairs by obtaining approvals and ensuring work orders and invoices are properly recorded.
  • Assist with scheduling vehicles for auction sale lines and ensuring proper placement within the sale.
  • Review pre-sale listings to confirm vehicle details, reserves, lights, and declarations are accurate.
  • Compile and distribute required post-sale reporting.
  • Monitor the receipt of vehicle registration documents and ensure sale proceeds are properly processed.
  • Support client communication by providing updates, responding to inquiries, and escalating issues when required.
  • Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with tracking Accounts Receivable balances and escalating outstanding items as needed.
  • Coordinate communication between commercial accounts and operational teams regarding vehicle intake, release, redemptions, and logistics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve account service levels and communicate recommendations to the Commercial Accounts Manager.


What You Will Need:

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required.
  • English required; French considered an asset.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in the automotive, auction, or related industry is considered an asset.
  • Automotive knowledge or vehicle appraisal experience is an asset.
  • Strong customer service skills and professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and internal operating systems.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work both independently and within a team environment.

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $45,000.00 - $55,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
