An exemplary Vehicle Registration team member is efficient, a good problem solver, and able to work independently or as part of a team. They are professional and exhibit great communication and customer service skills. In this role, you will be responsible for registering vehicles as they are delivered to us and marking them ready for the weekly auction.

Schedule: Your schedule will vary between the days and hours of Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 6:00pm.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain professionalism day-to-day with excellent customer service
• Assign registration numbers to vehicles
• Reassign numbers to vehicles on the lot for the next sale date set up
• Complete bi-weekly inventory check of vehicles on the lot
• Maintain communication with the rest of the Registration Department
• Report any noticeable damage detected on vehicles
• Keep the office and check-in lanes clean and presentable by removing debris
• Keep the flow of vehicles moving through the check-in process by moving vehicles forward
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What You Will Need:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and prioritize
• Prior automotive or auction experience an asset but not required
• Ability to work independently and in a group setting
• Ability to troubleshoot problems, evaluate options, and implement solutions
• Ability to analyze information and make effective decisions
• Dedication to providing world-class service; interact with others in a professional manner
• Conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of iPhone iOS (preferred)

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $15.00 - $16.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
