Position Summary
elev8.io is changing the game for Behavioral Health companies, committed to helping our clients close the gap between the millions suffering from addiction or mental health problems.
We are growing rapidly and therefore seeking a highly organized and systematic SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in the performance of our clients´ organic growth and bridging more people to life-saving services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing technical SEO audits and promptly addressing account issues
- Set up and communicate realistic traffic growth goals per client
- Drive qualified, converting traffic through best-in-class SEO strategy
- Execute local SEO campaigns, including GBP optimization and local citations
- Perform keyword and competitor research (for strategy and reporting)
- Support our team with monthly/quarterly SEO reporting
- Design and launch SEO campaigns for backlink building
- Configure and optimize GA4, SEMrush, Google Search Console
- Be on top of tracking, attribution, and performance analysis
Qualifications
- Proven track record working with SEO of at least two years.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEO best practices.
- Experience with tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Search Console, GA4, etc.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and stay proactive.
- A highly motivated individual eager to grow and take initiative.
