Position Summary

elev8.io is changing the game for Behavioral Health companies, committed to helping our clients close the gap between the millions suffering from addiction or mental health problems. We´re growing our team and therefore looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s not just creative, but also a self-starter, a natural problem-solver, and someone who thrives on precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize weekly marketing meetings to review priorities, bottlenecks, and wins.
• Ensure Podcast, Social Media, SEO, PPC teams are aligned and collaborating.
• Support creative and content teams by ensuring they have briefs, resources, and approvals on time.
• Organize and manage the team’s schedule for meetings and deadlines.
• Plan and schedule content for social media.
• Assist with all stages of video production (pre-production, production, and post-production).
• Coordinate the production of the podcast episodes.
• Research and book 12 guest interviews for our podcast per month.
• Help with writing and reviewing emails, messages, and video subtitles.

Qualifications

• C1 English level or higher (advanced fluency in written and spoken English).
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
• Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
• Strong analytical thinker with the ability to navigate challenges independently.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
