About The Job
Are you hyper-organized, detail-obsessed, and passionate about podcasts and content marketing? elev8.io is on the hunt for a Marketing & Podcast Coordinator to become an essential member of our Growth team. In this role, you’ll oversee podcast guesting and production logistics, manage social media scheduling for 15+ clients, and help convert strategy into seamless execution.
We need someone who thrives on structure, takes ownership, and follows through. You’ll be coordinating podcast bookings, managing production workflows, publishing episodes, and ensuring social content is delivered on time.
What You'll Be Doing
Daily
- QA social posts across 15+ clients
- Schedule content using our distribution platform (8 hrs/week)
- Track podcast guesting progress and follow up
- Handle internal podcast logistics (scheduling, uploading, etc.)
- Work with writers, designers, and editors to meet deadlines
Weekly / Monthly
- Manage outreach and podcast guesting pipelines
- Coordinate guest bookings for up to 8 clients
- Publish 1–4 episodes of The elev8.io Podcast monthly
- Maintain and expand our podcast database (+150 shows)
- Turn podcast episodes into content assets (clips, quotes, etc.)
- Report podcast/social metrics to clients
Quarterly
- Contribute podcast/social insights to Quarterly Business Reviews
- Audit and optimize podcast/social performance
- Refresh templates and SOPs
- Scale systems to serve 15 podcast clients efficiently
Qualifications
- 2+ years in marketing (agency experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, coordination, and QA skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar preferred
