Position Summary
elev8.io is changing the game for Behavioral Health companies, committed to helping our clients close the gap between the millions suffering from addiction or mental health problems.
We are growing rapidly and therefore we’re excited to add a Project Manager to our Growth team. If you're someone who loves bringing structure to fast-paced environments, keeping teams on track, and making sure great ideas actually come to life—this could be your place. You’ll be at the center of our “smarketing” efforts, helping us deliver amazing work on time, within scope, and always with an eye toward growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Set milestones and deadlines for each task, ensuring alignment with department goals.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines for marketing and sales initiatives.
- Break down campaigns and initiatives into actionable tasks.
- Assign tasks to appropriate team members (internal or external) and ensure clarity.
- Track daily/weekly progress on all projects.
- Maintain visibility through ClickUp with clear status updates.
- Organize weekly marketing meetings to review priorities, bottlenecks, and wins.
- Ensure Podcast, Social Media, SEO, PPC teams are aligned and collaborating.
- Support creative and content teams by ensuring they have briefs, resources, and approvals on time.
- Organize task tracking for sales enablement content, CRM updates, outreach campaigns, and sales reporting improvements.
- Liaise with Sales Manager to prioritize tasks and support lead generation initiatives.
- Flag issues early (delays, scope creep, misalignment) with proposed solutions.
- Prepare brief but effective reports (weekly snapshots, CU planning visualization, timeline progress, KPIs, etc.)
- Identify resource gaps (design, copywriting, tech needs) and communicate requirements.
- Suggest improvements to workflows, documentation, and project templates.
- Create SOPs for repeated processes like campaign launches, guest onboarding, and content review cycles.
- Conduct post-project debriefs: what went well, what can improve.
- Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, campaign engagement, lead generation impact. In the 1st stage you will focus in our “on-time” delivery of projects, but will also make sure that all Smarketing actions are being measured and have visibility in our Report Dashboards.
Qualifications
- Track record as a project manager or in similar roles, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in agency environments, managing sales & marketing projects is advantegous.
- Proficient in using ClickUp or other project management tools.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
