Position Summary

elev8.io is changing the game for Behavioral Health companies, committed to helping our clients close the gap between the millions suffering from addiction or mental health problems.

We are rapidly growing our paid search book-of-business and therefore looking to add an experienced PPC Specialist who can help conduct campaign audits, creations, optimizations, and reporting for our clientele using Google and Microsoft Ads.

Our usual budget allocation per client ranges between $25k-100K per month (with huge potential to scale beyond this!) All PPC campaigns are focused on generating direct phone calls (>90% of leads) and some form submissions. Understanding call attribution with PPC campaigns is a bonus but also something we can teach on the job.

Therefore, the ideal candidate has a proven track record in lead generation and is capable of overseeing a client portfolio with upwards of $500k/month in managed spending.

Our Customer Success Team predominantly owns client communication, but this role is expected to jump on client calls as needed to help communicate campaign strategies, provide performance updates, or support with technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research and formulate a strategic account structure aligned with client objectives and campaign-established KPIs.
  • Fully own the monitoring, optimization, and campaign management of assigned accounts on Google and Microsoft platforms.
  • Take the lead on campaign performance tracking with Google and Microsoft Ads, GA4, and Call Tracking.
  • Monitor & optimize campaign performance metrics i.e. cost-per-lead, cost-per-VOB and cost-per-admission.
  • Write compelling ad copy that drives performance while adhering to the client's brand guidelines.
  • Create landing pages specifically for PPC campaign efforts.
  • Configure campaign dashboards using our reporting software and prepare bi-weekly optimization summaries along with monthly reports.
  • Support our CSMs as needed during weekly/monthly client calls.
  • Remain on top of the Behavioral Health industry and up to date with new betas, feature releases, and changes occurring within the SEM landscape.

Qualifications

  • English fluency (C1-C2 level).
  • 3+ years of experience in paid search, managing budgets over $20,000/mo via Google and Microsoft Ads.
  • Experience working in a similar role at a reputable US market-focused agency with high CPC and large budget allocation.
  • Proficient with data analysis in GA4 and marketing reporting software.
  • Ability to implement & and configure call tracking, GTM, and GA4.
  • Experience working with project management software such as ClickUp is a big plus.
  • Highly organized, motivated, and a self-starter with a strong ownership of work, reliable and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Certifications required are Google Ads (all), Microsoft Ads and GA4.

Compensation and Growth Potential
