We work on both small short-term projects and large multi-year complex projects. What we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Consultant with a proven track record in Business Analysis and Process Optimization. You should be adept at managing client relationships, delivering high-quality outcomes, and guiding teams through change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Analyzing existing business processes, systems, and organizational structures to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement or innovation that align with our client's future state objectives.
- Leading the design, creation, and refinement of business processes in line with strategic goals. Working with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
- Evaluating current technology solutions and tools, recommending enhancements to optimize business operations and support long-term goals.
- Facilitating sessions with stakeholders to assist them in assessing and agreeing on business priorities.
- Producing recommendations on process improvements, technology optimizations and operationalization to drive efficiency, performance, and scalability across operations.
- Developing and executing strategies that manage organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and maximum adoption of new processes and systems.
- Delivering clear, concise reports, presentations, and recommendations tailored to various stakeholders, from executives to operational teams.
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and support for change initiatives.
- Managing multiple projects with complex deliverables, ensuring that timelines, objectives, and quality standards are met while maintaining client satisfaction.

80,000 - 135,000 CAD per year (Victoria)
