We are a small firm, so every team member is expected to be actively engaged on leading or supporting projects – from project management to facilitation to the creation of deliverables, and everything in between. And we love it!

Beyond this, we offer an extensive total rewards package, including:

  • Competitive base salary
  • Comprehensive extended health benefits
  • Health Spending Account
  • Flexible, hybrid work model
  • And much more!

What kind of people are we hiring?

We’re interested in meeting you if you have:

  • Critical thinking skills and an ability to apply professional judgement to solving complex problems.
  • Emotional and social intelligence.
  • Exceptional writing skills and the ability to self-edit.
  • The ability to follow instructions, pay meticulous attention to details and understand why that matters.
  • A commitment to going the extra mile and an obsession for delivering on quality.
  • Genuine curiosity, openness to learning, and desire to ask questions.
  • The readiness to be a team player and interested in working in a flexible, intrapreneurial-style work environment.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Consultant with a proven track record of leading and managing projects in both public and private sector organizations. You should be adept at managing client relationships, delivering high-quality outcomes, and guiding teams through change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

  • Applying industry-standard change management methodologies to address complex organizational challenges, ensuring the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing proven project management tools to meet timelines, budgets, and objectives.
  • Overseeing project scope, budgets, risks, and issues, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and proactively resolving challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Managing small to medium-sized project teams, balancing workloads, and mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth.
  • Coaching senior professionals and managers, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the effective execution of complex projects.
  • Managing key project components (e.g., service design, governance, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with project management standards.
  • Driving quality assurance by establishing and maintaining control plans and benchmarks to ensure high standards across all deliverables.
  • Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and changes proactively to keep projects aligned with strategic goals and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Communicating effectively in both written and verbal formats, tailoring messaging to various audiences for clarity and engagement.
  • Creating and delivering impactful presentations, facilitating group discussions, and conveying complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrating expertise in business planning, contract management, and budget oversight, ensuring financial success across all projects.
  • Managing project close-out activities, ensuring that all deliverables are completed, documented, and stored in accordance with organizational standards.

In the interest of our time and yours, please don't apply if you

  • Can’t type, or don’t know your way around Microsoft 365 products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) – we spend a lot of time in front of a computer developing materials for our clients.
  • Can’t handle multiple competing priorities.
  • Aren’t comfortable in a self-starting, autonomous environment.
  • Like the sound of your own voice more than the clients’ or the team's.
  • Think consulting is “easy”.

What we want to hear from you:

  • If Elevate sounds like the kind of organization you see yourself thriving in, then let’s have a conversation. Submit a 1 or 2-page resume along with a 1-page cover letter by using the Apply Now button on this page. We do not accept telephone calls or emailed applications.
