We’re looking for an Account Manager to serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams—ensuring projects are executed with excellence, communication is seamless, and deliverables exceed expectations. This role will start as a 3–6 month contract with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance.



What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Translate client goals into clear, actionable project briefs
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver results
  • Manage timelines, track milestones, and provide consistent updates via Asana
  • Lead client calls, prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and ensure follow-through
  • Ensure deliverables align with brand standards, budget, and client expectations
  • Communicate feedback and priorities between clients and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor overall client satisfaction and flag issues early


What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years experience in account or project management within a marketing/creative agency
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS IS A MUST
  • High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and professional poise
  • Proven experience juggling multiple clients and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Asana, and Zoom
  • A problem-solver’s mindset with a client-first attitude
  • Confidence working independently with minimal hand-holding
