Field Logistics & Lab Specialist

Arthrex San Diego, the Arthrex agency serving both San Diego and Hawaii, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Field Logistics & Lab Specialist to assist in the daily operations of our logistics team and work closely with our Medical Educator for lab preparations. This role involves daily auditing of medical trays, inventory reconciliation, account inventory management, and staging for upcoming surgical labs and trials. This person will also be responsible to ensure compliance with all legal, sanitary, and health regulations within the lab.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing inventory levels, including product rotation, expiration control, and near-to-expiring items.
  • Properly audit and restock medical trays and banks resulting in a timely turn around.
  • Conduct regular inventory and environmental audits to ensure 90%+ accuracy and compliance within operational standards.
  • Reconcile data between Redspot and SAP, ensuring accurate alignment through routine reporting.
  • Stage and return product, while making sure to align physical and digital inventory.
  • Assist in the billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing for the sales force.
  • Properly audit and restock medical trays and banks resulting in a timely matter.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in logistics operations or supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems and reconciliation practices (SAP experience preferred).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Meticulous worker with a commitment to process accuracy and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, associate is accepted
  • 1-2 Years working in logistics management, hospitality, or customer service
  • Experience in inventory, distribution and operational procedure preferred

Compensation: Hourly $21 - $30/hour based on experience
