WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented System Integration Analyst to help manage and optimize data systems, supporting data-driven decision-making and process automation across our portfolio companies. This role will focus on ensuring accurate data collection, integration, and analysis while supporting the IT and data needs of the business.

You will assist in building and maintaining data pipelines, running data integrity checks, and supporting the team in generating reports and insights. You’ll collaborate with IT professionals to manage the data infrastructure, ensure smooth data flow between various business systems, and help implement automated solutions that improve operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, maintain, and optimize the ETL processes and integration pipelines, ensuring efficient data transfer between systems.
  • Own and manage the middleware layer, acting as the primary point of contact for its performance and integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new systems and tools, ensuring smooth data flow and communication.
  • Oversee the ETL process, from extracting data to transforming it and loading it into the appropriate systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Identify issues within the data pipeline, troubleshoot, and implement solutions to improve performance and reliability.
  • Maintain clear documentation of system processes, integration workflows, and troubleshooting steps. Provide regular updates and reports on system performance.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as data analysts, developers, and business stakeholders, to understand integration needs and requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 6+ years of experience in System Integration, IT, or a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in system implementation and middleware management.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, and pipeline development.
  • Ability to read and write APIs
  • Experience with tools like SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data extraction and transformation.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms and integration technologies is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
