We are seeking a client-focused Campaign Manager for Demand Generation to manage client relationships and project execution across our demand gen portfolio of products. This role combines hands-on client management and product optimization with project coordination to ensure exceptional campaign delivery and client satisfaction.

This position is open to work remotely or out of our Alpharetta, GA office.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Lead campaign kickoff calls, mid-campaign check-ins, and campaign recap calls with clients
  • Host live webinars and virtual events, ensuring seamless execution
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as primary point of contact throughout campaign lifecycle
  • Proactively communicate status updates and address client questions or concerns
  • Optimize campaigns for best-in-class client results 
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities and provide feedback back to clients, sellers, and the fulfillment team

Project Management

  • Manage end-to-end project execution for demand gen campaigns, ensuring on-time, quality delivery
  • Interface with DMS teammates, account teams, customer success teams, and clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign handoffs and execution
  • Track campaign progress and identify potential delays or issues
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and campaign records
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

Strategic Support & Innovation

  • Support leadership in developing product strategy and client strategy initiatives
  • Contribute to process improvement projects and operational optimization
  • Leverage technology, AI agents, and automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience and campaign performance

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles within demand generation, digital marketing, or events
  • Hands-on experience managing webinars, virtual events, or lead generation programs
  • Strong understanding of demand gen strategies and B2B marketing
  • Experience with webinar platforms (ON24, Teams, Zoom) and lead generation technologies (Enhancio, Convertr)
  • Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including live event hosting experience
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Comfortable with marketing technology and willingness to learn new platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in B2B events industry, media company, or agency environment
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of AI applications in marketing and project management

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Target Compensation: $60,000-75,000

Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate’s qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
