The Training specialist is an individual contributor role that reports to the Training Manager with highlighted facilitation skills both virtually and in-person. Responsible for facilitation of learning materials identified in the organization's learning strategy. The role will emphasize facilitation relevant to new hire training for technical and soft skills for remote and on-site employees in a customer service call center, leadership training, coaching development training and other operational learning needs. We are looking for a creative, people-centered, strategic training professional with an inclusion mindset and an interest in developing a feedback culture.

 Responsibilities

 

·       Provide training and/or coaching to new and existing employees both on-site and remotely.

·       Facilitate group activities and discussions with participants.

·       Develops and administers knowledge assessment testing.

·       Assist with QA monitoring, feedback, and coaching.

·       Maintain up-to-date reporting on training progress, effectiveness, and improvements for both learners and curriculum.

·       Stay informed of current client products and services and identify updates needed to existing training or needs for new training.

·       Interact with partners, ensuring they understand the training environment, successes, and opportunities for development.

·       May perform other duties as assigned.

 


Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of facilitation experience in a class setting. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center environment preferred.
  • Experience providing workplace training both in-person and virtually.
  • Experience with adult learning principles and the ability to implement these principles into facilitating training. 
  • Demonstrated experience as an effective verbal and written communicator. 
  • Experience in customer service training and coaching/mentoring. 
  • Experience with existing and emerging training methods and tools. 
  • Experience with Learning management Systems (LMS) and LMS reporting. 
  • Ability to build rapport and interact with peers, leadership, and front-line staff. 
  • Ability to present a professional image. 

Travel

  • Up to 25% of travel to all Emovis’ locations throughout Florida
