AgentSync Careers

RevOps Analyst

Insurance powers almost everything, and yet the systems behind it are still held together with spreadsheets and manual processes. AgentSync is fixing that. We build modern infrastructure for carriers, agencies, and MGAs that makes compliance automatic and growth possible.

This role keeps AgentSync's revenue engine running. You'll own the GTM tech stack, deliver our annual planning cycle, and work directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, with the kind of scope that's hard to find outside an early-stage company. We move fast, we build with intention, and we expect everyone on the team to bring their full capability to the work, including knowing when and how to use AI to do it better.

Overview:

AgentSync is a leader in driving a modern insurance infrastructure experience. Our insurance compliance software connects the insurance industry to power growth, increase efficiency, and reduce risk.

As a RevOps Analyst, you'll be a hands-on builder and operator for the systems, data, and processes behind AgentSync's go-to-market team. You'll turn revenue strategy into working systems, keep our data clean and reliable, and look for every chance to do things faster and better with automation and AI. This is a high-growth role with a clear path to take on more ownership over time.

What you'll do:

Systems & Tooling
  • Own and optimize the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, MonetizeNow, and related tools
  • Build and maintain workflows for lead routing, enrichment, forecasting, and customer lifecycle automation
  • Manage user setup, permissions, and new hire provisioning across GTM systems
  • Support integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, billing, and internal platforms
Annual Planning
  • Deliver the yearly planning cycle in Salesforce: quota uploads, territory changes, forecasting setup, and report updates ahead of fiscal year kickoff
  • Partner with Sales leadership and Finance on planning inputs, timelines, and handoffs
Commissions
  • Take part in monthly and year-end commission review with Finance
  • Keep Closed Won and opportunity data accurate so payouts are right the first time
Reporting & Data Integrity
  • Own GTM reporting and dashboards for pipeline, forecast, and performance
  • Enforce data governance and validation suited to a compliance-driven business, including month-end data integrity checks
Automation & AI
  • Lean into AI for process improvement, system enhancements, and speed to delivery
  • Spot manual work and replace it with automation
Process & Documentation
  • Improve RevOps processes, including support for Deal Desk and partner order workflows
  • Document systems, workflows, and tools, and train GTM teams on new capabilities

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems roles
  • Hands-on Salesforce admin experience: Flows, reports, dashboards, and data loads
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large data sets
  • Actively using AI tools to improve the quality and speed of your work, and can speak to specific ways you've integrated them into how you get things done
  • Strong ownership mentality and attention to detail, especially with data that drives compensation and forecasting
  • Clear communicator who can work across teams and explain technical changes simply
  • Proactive, resourceful, and resilient, able to thrive in ambiguity while consistently delivering results

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • SQL experience
  • Exposure to commissions, CPQ, or billing tools such as MonetizeNow
  • Prior SaaS or startup experience with a scaling revenue team
