We are looking for a Lead Engineer, AI, to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence. In this role, you won't just build models; you will architect the engine that powers the future of data.

• Architectural Vision: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, AI-powered solutions that solve complex, real-world data problems for global enterprises.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive collaboration between AI, DevOps, and Software Engineering to ensure seamless integration and high-performance GenAI deployment at scale.
• Lifecycle Governance: Define standards for the full AI development lifecycle—from sophisticated prompt engineering and embedding optimization to establishing rigorous frameworks for bias, accuracy, and compliance.
• Technical Mentorship: Act as a force multiplier for the engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and guiding the next generation of AI talent.

Who You Are

• You are a seasoned technologist who thrives in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.
• The Veteran: You bring 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 7+ years dedicated to AI/ML algorithm development.
• The Architect: You have deep experience with Python, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) at an enterprise level.
• The Quality Advocate: You value quality over speed, possessing the analytical rigor to measure model performance and optimize AI-generated responses for mission-critical applications.
• The Strategic Thinker: You are based in or able to work East Coast (ET) hours (Core hours: 10am – 5pm ET).
