Catlin Gabel School is seeking a dependable, service-minded Campus Technician I to help keep our campus clean, safe, welcoming, and ready for students and the many activities that happen here each day. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in practical work, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
You will be an integral part of the Facilities team and work closely with community members and contracted custodial partners on daily campus care, basic maintenance, event setups, moves, and building security. The work can shift quickly, so we are looking for someone who stays calm, works safely, and enjoys solving problems in a dynamic school environment.
You may bring previous custodial, janitorial, general maintenance, facilities, event setup, or other hands-on experience, but we also value reliability, judgment, and a willingness to learn. Facilities employees are essential staff and may be required to report during emergencies and inclement weather.
