About the role

  • If you're passionate about SIGINT and thrive in a mission-focused environment, we'd love to have you on our team. As a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), you'll join a group of highly skilled professionals supporting core Intelligence Community missions, using your analytical expertise to deliver actionable intelligence that makes a real-world impact on national security.

What you'll do

  • Analyze classified collection and open-source intelligence to identify patterns, generate leads, and uncover actionable intelligence.
  • Maintain target continuity by developing detailed profiles of individuals, networks, and activities while identifying opportunities to expand target knowledge.
  • Manage and update targeting, tasking, and analytical databases to ensure accurate and timely intelligence reporting.
  • Identify intelligence gaps and recommend new or enhanced collection strategies to improve mission success.
  • Apply multiple analytical disciplines—including communications analysis, network analysis, digital footprint assessment, and pattern recognition—to uncover relationships and emerging threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a shared understanding of mission priorities, intelligence requirements, and operational objectives.
  • Use critical thinking and analytical problem-solving to formulate hypotheses, integrate data from multiple sources, and uncover meaningful intelligence insights.
  • Clearly document, contextualize, and communicate findings, methodologies, and newly developed tradecraft to teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph.
  • Labor category and level will be determined based on a combination of relevant professional experience and educational background.
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more areas of intelligence analysis, including target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, and the use of Intelligence Community tools and databases.
  • In certain cases, foreign language proficiency may be considered in lieu of some experience requirements.

The pay range for this role is:

100,000 - 250,000 USD per year (Annapolis Junction, MD)
