Your new opportunity


We’re looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Paraplanner to join our Financial Planning & Wealth Management team. Working closely with a team of experienced advisors, you’ll play a critical role in preparing advice documentation, managing investment administration, and supporting the delivery of a seamless, high-quality client experience.

What you'll do

  • Draft Statements of Advice, Records of Advice, Portfolio Reviews, Cashflow Projections and Investment Strategies
  • Manage onboarding tasks for new clients, including preparation of documentation and liaising with external providers
  • Prepare performance calculations and support technical analysis
  • Liaise with banks, platform providers, and fund managers as required
  • Handle client administration tasks such as off-market transfers, cash movements, and investment paperwork
  • Support advisors by managing queries and delivering timely responses
  • Prepare reporting and manage internal data for review meetings
  • Assist with internal communications, seminar content, and Investment Committee support
  • Contribute to internal improvement initiatives and attend training to build your expertise

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a paraplanning or similar financial services role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Finance (or currently completing)
  • RG146 Compliance or Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning (or currently completing)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task across priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with exposure to portfolio software platforms
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Desire to continually learn and improve in a dynamic, growing firm
  • Strong interest in investment markets and eagerness to develop knowledge further
  • Experience using Xplan software (desirable but not essential)
