Your new opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this fast-paced and varied role, you’ll play a key part in supporting campaign delivery, events, internal communications, and strategic projects. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate across the firm to keep things running smoothly, bringing people, tools, and information together to create a consistent and professional client experience.
What you'll do
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing team
- Coordinate meetings, manage internal communications, and prepare documentation
- Assist with project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and budget tracking
- Help plan and deliver internal and external events
- Maintain accurate stakeholder and database records
- Organise and manage a library of brand assets, templates, and approved content
- Proofread and format marketing content for newsletters, social media, blogs, and websites
- Schedule and publish content across digital platforms
- Support basic design edits and asset creation using tools like Canva
- Track campaign performance and support reporting and analytics tasks
What you'll bring

- Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- A collaborative, team-first approach and eagerness to learn
- Previous experience in marketing, administration, or a similar support role (highly regarded but not essential)
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, or Adobe Creative Suite (highly regarded but not essential)
