You’ll bring a deep understanding of credit structures, residential and commercial lending, and client portfolio management. What you'll do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of residential and commercial finance clients.
• Structure and submit loan applications to a range of lenders, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit assessment.
• Provide tailored lending solutions aligned with clients’ personal and business goals.
• Maintain compliance with lending regulations and industry standards.
• Build strong working relationships with lenders, aggregators, referrers, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development and strategic initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices across the team.

What you'll bring

• Proven success as a Relationship Banker or Mortgage Broker.
• Advanced understanding of lending policies, credit structuring, and financial analysis.
• Ability to negotiate complex deals.
• Exceptional communication skills and a client-centric approach.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Completed or ready to commence a Certificate IV in Finance, progressing to Diploma.
• Experience using loan origination platforms and CRM systems highly regarded.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and team development.
