Product & Operations Manager

About Dispensed

At Dispensed, we are passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential by supporting better health outcomes. We believe that access to innovative and alternative therapies can transform lives. Through our telehealth platform, we facilitate patient access to affordable, efficient, and reliable alternative medicine services across Australia, NZ and the UK.

About The Role

As a Product & Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of patient-centred, innovative healthcare in the UK. This is a unique, cross-functional role that spans product, technology and operations - supporting the entire telehealth experience from patient onboarding to clinical care and ongoing support.

You’ll work closely with clinicians, engineers, designers and internal teams to deliver patient-centric, compliant & scalable solutions. Your contributions will directly impact thousands of patients who rely on our platform and team to improve their quality of life.

This is an independent and high-ownership role within a fast-moving, mission-driven team. You’ll be central to how we design, build and scale products that blend quality care, compliance and innovation. You’ll work closely with the Global CEO, Global CTO, Australian Product Team, UK Head of Operations and UK Head of Medical Operations to align product and operational priorities for the UK. Sitting at the intersection of multiple teams, you’ll help turn strategic goals into scalable day-to-day systems that support patients, clinicians and staff.

What You'll Own

Product Responsibilities

  • Own and support UK-specific product experiences, from concept to launch and beyond, with a strong focus on patient and internal stakeholder needs, clinical safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Adapt global features to suit UK workflows, regulations and user expectations.
  • Collect and synthesise feedback from UK users to shape the roadmap and inform product strategies and experiments.
  • Write clear product briefs, define success metrics and guide iterative development in collaboration with clinicians, engineers, designers and legal.
  • Build dashboards or reports to surface insights, measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Help shape our product vision and contribute to building a culture of compassionate, patient-centred innovation.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Ensure the platform runs smoothly for UK users by testing new features, managing rollouts and helping triage and resolve platform bugs, post-launch issues.
  • Identify, test and integrate third-party tools needed for the UK market.
  • Build or support the development of clinical-facing tools that improve workflows.
  • Collaborate on AI experiments that streamline support, improve documentation quality, or assist with clinical decision-making.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and support across key platforms, including our patient management system, Google Workspace, Slack and [Cal.com](http://cal.com/).
  • Support UK clinicians and staff with onboarding and training as they adopt new systems and tools.
  • Act as the first point of contact when IT operational issues arise - for example, triaging support tickets, debugging problems and finding workarounds where needed.
  • Solve the UK’s operational problems through close cross-functional collaboration, ensuring solutions are practical and work across teams.
  • Improve or build internal tools and design simple, scalable processes to help the team work more efficiently - for example, supplier onboarding and compliance documentation management.
  • Ensure systems and processes are audit-ready and meet compliance standards.
  • Contribute to scaling UK operations by identifying gaps and helping prepare for future growth.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in product management, ideally in healthtech, telehealth, or regulated industries.
  • Excellent communication skills - able to align stakeholders and clearly articulate product decisions and outcomes.
  • Deep empathy for users - especially patients navigating complex or stigmatised treatment journeys.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and ship meaningful products at speed.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulators (e.g. CQC, NHS, etc.) and clinical workflows are a plus.
