About The Role
We're on the lookout for Senior Software Engineers with a passion for delivering high-quality, customer-focused products and services to help build the next generation of digital healthcare.
We thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where engineers work on greenfield projects with real impact. With dedicated time for reducing technical debt and enhancing platform maturity, weβve rapidly scaled from monthly to daily deployments in just six months - and weβre only getting started.
This is a remote role accepting applications from candidates across Australia.
Contractor and full-time positions available.
What You'll Own
- Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Lead the development of a robust, secure, and user-friendly platform that integrates health & wellness, patient management, and telehealth functionalities.
- Take full ownership of projects, from conception to deployment and beyond, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define technical solutions and product roadmaps.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices in software engineering.
- Develop and optimize APIs for performance, scalability, and security.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of professional experience as an engineer.
- Proven experience as a full-stack software engineer, with a strong portfolio of work using Python, and AWS.
- Familiarity with security best practices, compliance (HIPAA, GDPR), and data privacy regulations.
- Strong bias towards testing, with experience in implementing unit and integration tests.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Experience in alternative medicine, digital health solutions or highly regulated industries is highly desirable.
