About the role

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM - WEEKENDS OFF!
Pay: Salary |💰

Reporting to the Health and Wellness Manager, this salaried, exempt Registered Nurse position provides direct healthcare services and support to students in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. In addition to delivering quality nursing care, you'll have the opportunity to positively impact young adults by promoting healthy lifestyles, personal growth, and career readiness.

What You'll Do

• ❤️ Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to students in a supportive campus environment.
• 💊 Administer medications, monitor student health, and assess medical needs.
• 🩹 Treat minor illnesses and injuries, perform wound care, and assist with physical examinations.
• 📋 Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation.
• 🩺 Help ensure the Health & Wellness Center is organized, stocked, and ready to provide exceptional care.
• 🤝 Partner with an interdisciplinary team to support student success and overall well-being.
• 🌟 Educate and encourage healthy lifestyles while serving as a positive role model for students.
• 💙 Foster a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming environment where every student feels valued.
• 📚 Participate in professional development and contribute to ongoing health and wellness initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• At least one year of nursing experience (two or more years preferred).
• Current, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• A compassionate professional who enjoys mentoring, educating, and making a meaningful impact.
