About the role

  • The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic role that aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP acts as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and formulates partnerships to deliver value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

What you'll do

  • HR Strategy and Leadership: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop HR strategies that support business growth and employee engagement.
  • Employee Relations: Counsel and influence management and employees on various HR policies and practices, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolutions.
  • Talent Management: Partner with the talent acquisition team to ensure a seamless and effective recruiting process, and support internal mobility and succession planning.
  • Performance Management: Guide managers in the performance appraisal process, setting performance goals, and providing feedback and development plans for their teams.
  • Organizational Development: Assist in organizational design and structure improvements to optimize efficiency and facilitate growth.
  • Change Management: Lead and support change initiatives by communicating effectively with all stakeholders and providing support during transitions.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and trends to inform business decisions and provide insights to managers on workforce planning and development.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus).

The pay range for this role is:

110,724 - 116,553 USD per year (US Very High)
