Join us at The Residences Bachelor Gulch, a unique boutique fractional ownership property managed by East West Hospitality, nestled in the stunning beauty of Bachelor Gulch. We’re searching for a dedicated Owner Services Manager to lead our vibrant team and ensure every detail of our owner and guest experience is flawless. As the OSM, you’ll oversee our Concierge, Bell, and Overnight staff, fostering a culture of warmth, professionalism, and seamless service. From handling requests with a personal touch to maintaining the Club's high standards, you'll play a key role in creating an inviting atmosphere that exceeds expectations. What You'll Do Includes:

• Lead the Owner Services team, overseeing daily operations, staff scheduling, performance management, training, and professional development.
• Develop and implement departmental goals, service standards, policies, and procedures while managing the department budget and staffing levels.
• Oversee owner and guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns while ensuring a consistently high level of service.
• Partner with the Director of Operations and Reservations to manage residence inventory, reservations, rates, packages, cancellations, and owner communications.
• Coordinate owner events, departmental meetings, interdepartmental communication, and the purchasing and inventory of departmental supplies and services.
• Monitor residence and resort conditions, coordinate maintenance needs with Engineering, and ensure compliance with safety and emergency procedures.

Pay Rate: $70k - $80K plus bonus potential

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

At least five years of hotel or hospitality experience, with 2–3 years of supervisory experience preferred. They understand the principles of team leadership, including staff planning, scheduling, training, performance management, and employee development. They bring strong organizational and time-management skills, the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet critical deadlines, and the composure to perform well under pressure. They communicate effectively, demonstrate sound written and verbal communication skills, work well with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, spreadsheets, and hospitality or resort management systems.
