Marketing Associate (Content Strategy)

About the Team:

The Consumables business unit runs three primary brands — ZitSticka (ZSK, acne care), Tree of Life (TOL, serums), and Rockin' Green (RGR, performance laundry) — primarily on Amazon US, with growing DTC and social channels. We have brand strategy, a creative design team, and an active performance marketing programme, and now need content intelligence to make all of it convert.


About the Role:

This is a copy-first, social-smart creative role. The person who takes it will communicate what our brands say and how they say it across email, paid media and social media calendars.


You will report directly to the Marketing Lead, Consumables (Paris HQ), and work closely with the creative design team (Manila), the CRM team, and the performance marketing team.


What You'll Do:

  • Brand Content
    • Write and own all CRM copy across ZSK, TOL & RGR: subject lines, body copy, CTAs, flow sequences, and SMS. Each brand has a distinct voice. You hold all three.
    • Write performance ad copy for Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google: headlines, primary text, descriptions, and A/B test variants.
    • Maintain the master copy bank per brand — approved headlines, subject line formulas, CTA variants, PDP bullet templates, and tone-of-voice references.
    • Review all outgoing copy before it goes live — CRM, ads, social, Amazon listing updates. You are the last editorial eye before publishing.
  • Social Channel Strategy
    • Develop channel-specific content strategy for ZSK, TOL, and RGR across: Instagram, TikTok (organic + TikTok Shop), Meta paid, Google, email/CRM, and Amazon A+.
    • Build and manage the social media content calendar: 3–5 posts/stories per week per active brand, platform-native format.
    • Own the copy layer of every creative brief, and the captions of deliverables.
    • Track post performance weekly. Kill what isn't working. Scale what is. Bring a point of view to Monday briefings, not just data.
  • UGC & Creator Briefing
    • Write creator briefs for UGC video and static content: hook direction, key message, claim hierarchy, visual angle, duration, CTA. Your brief is what separates a generic creator video from one that converts.
    • Help recommend suitable creators for each brand using tools like Upfluence. Evaluate on audience fit and content style, not follower count.
    • Coordinate the sample-to-content pipeline: brief the creator, manage timelines, review against brief, confirm usage rights.
    • Maintain the UGC usage rights tracker: which assets are live, on which channels, with what expiry.


Who You Are:

  • With at least 2–4 years of experience where creative strategy was your primary output — brand and social copy
  • Real understanding of US consumer culture, especially in beauty, personal care, or home care categories.
  • Experience with at least one e-commerce brand — DTC, Amazon, or marketplace — where the performance of your brand communication was visible in data.
  • Experience across multiple brands simultaneously — you can hold different voices in your head and not blur them.

Strong Advantage:

  • Knowledge of Amazon PDP: keyword integration, benefit hierarchy, claim compliance.
  • Experience briefing or working with UGC creators.
  • Familiarity with TikTok as a content platform — someone who understands what makes content travel, not just a user.
  • AI tool literacy: you use AI to accelerate drafting, not to replace thinking. You know when an AI copy needs a human edit and you make it fast.
