About the role
We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent team and help support our fast-scaling organization. In this role, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for a defined set of roles across the business, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience from intake through signed offer.
You’ll work closely with our TA Managers and hiring teams to execute sourcing strategies, move searches forward with urgency, and help us bring top talent into exacare ai. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves recruiting execution, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and wants to grow within a high-impact Talent Acquisition function.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across the company, from intake to signed offer.
- Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies, through LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Boolean search, referrals, niche communities, and other creative sourcing channels.
- Proactively source, engage, screen, and nurture candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain organized, accurate pipelines in Rippling and ensure candidate activity, notes, and next steps are consistently up to date.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the process, ensuring a high-touch, timely, and thoughtful experience.
- Support interview process execution by coordinating closely with hiring teams, tracking feedback, and helping keep searches moving quickly.
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, source effectiveness, and search progress for assigned roles.
- Contribute ideas to improve our recruiting process, candidate experience, sourcing approach, and overall TA operations.
What You’ll Bring
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or talent operations.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels, including inbound, outbound, referrals, and personal networks.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting fundamentals, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview process management, offer support, and candidate closing.
- Comfort managing multiple active searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; you keep pipelines, follow-ups, and systems clean without needing constant direction.
- Clear, empathetic communication style that builds trust with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience.
- Curiosity, coachability, and a desire to grow within a Talent Acquisition function that is still being built and scaled.
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for operations, product, engineering, sales, or other high-growth startup functions.
- Experience using Rippling, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar ATS and sourcing tools.
- Healthcare, SaaS, AI, or startup experience.
