We are seeking a Temporary Front Desk Coordinator to join our Henderson team in a full-time capacity.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced, guest-focused environment and enjoys building relationships, managing details, and helping a clinic operate at its best.

Experience in medical aesthetics, spa, beauty, luxury hospitality, wellness, healthcare, or high touch retail is especially valuable.

What You Will Do

Create an Exceptional Guest Experience

You will serve as a primary point of contact for our guests and help ensure every interaction reflects the Face Forward experience.

You will:

• Welcome guests and manage the check in and checkout experience
• Answer incoming calls and respond to guest questions with professionalism and urgency
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments
• Help guests understand available services, products, memberships, and promotions
• Support rebooking and future appointment scheduling
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate guest information within our systems
• Assist with guest questions and concerns and escalate issues appropriately

Support Clinic Performance

You will play an important role in keeping the clinic organized and the schedule productive.

You will:

• Monitor the daily schedule and proactively identify gaps, cancellations, and opportunities to optimize provider schedules
• Support appointment confirmations and guest outreach
• Partner with providers and clinic leaders to ensure smooth guest flow throughout the day
• Support retail product and membership conversations
• Help maintain an organized, professional, and guest ready front desk and reception environment
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
• Follow established policies, procedures, and operating standards

Work as Part of the Henderson Team

Success in this role requires someone who is comfortable moving quickly, solving problems, and stepping in wherever needed to support the clinic.

You will work closely with providers, estheticians, and other team members to ensure guests receive a consistent and elevated experience.

What We Are Looking For

The strongest candidates will bring:

• Previous experience in front desk, guest services, hospitality, spa, medical aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, wellness, or high touch retail
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills
• Confidence managing phones, scheduling, payments, and multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and follow through
• Comfort discussing services, products, memberships, and rebooking opportunities with guests
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain composed and solutions focused in a fast paced environment
• Comfort learning and working within scheduling, point of sale, and customer management systems

Experience with Zenoti or another spa, salon, medical aesthetics, or appointment scheduling platform is a plus.

An esthetics license or background in medical aesthetics is welcome but not required.

Schedule, Compensation and Assignment

This is a full-time temporary position based in our Henderson clinic.

Compensation is $17.00 - $19.00 per hour plus eligible commission opportunities.

Candidates should have the flexibility to work the clinic's operating schedule, including evenings as needed.

Because this is a temporary position, this role is not eligible for Face Forward's employee benefits programs.

The anticipated duration of the temporary assignment will be discussed during the interview process. Continued employment beyond the temporary assignment is not guaranteed and will depend on business needs and availability.

Compensation Transparency
