About the role
This role is focused on hands-on configuration and administration of core Majesco insurance modules, playing a key part in delivering accurate, scalable, and well-structured Policy, Billing, and Claims solutions. You will work closely with business users and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective system configurations that support business operations. The position requires strong domain understanding of insurance lifecycle processes and the ability to implement business rules, workflows, and product setups within Majesco platforms. You will contribute directly to solution quality by supporting testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
What you'll do
- Administer and support the Majesco platform to enable insurance operations, policy administration, and business process execution.
- Configure business rules, workflows, users, security, product setup, and system functionality to meet operational requirements.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to support platform enhancements, integrations, testing, and production releases.
- Ensure data integrity, system stability, compliance, and operational performance across the platform.
- Develop documentation, support end users, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in Majesco configuration / platform administration
- Hands-on expertise in configuring Majesco Policy, Billing, or Claims modules
- Solid understanding of insurance lifecycle processes
- Experience working with business rules, product configuration, and workflow design
- Familiarity with system testing, defect resolution, and basic data migration processes
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve configuration and system issues efficiently
