What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting every customer with a smile
• Operate the cash register and accurately process transactions
• Stock shelves and merchandise
• Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting
• Follow all alcohol and tobacco sales laws and company procedures
• Follow company safety and security policies
• Assist with general store operations and other duties as assigned

Schedule

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Eight-hour shifts
• Flexible availability required
• Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts as business needs require

Working Environment

• Fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere
• Indoor work with occasional outdoor duties
• Frequent interaction with customers and coworkers

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, climb, and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive cash register and stocking duties

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic math skills and cash handling ability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must successfully complete required liquor training and obtain a valid Liquor Card (company provides training)
• No experience required—we're happy to train motivated individuals!

Experience

No experience required. Customer service, retail, or cashier experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for the right candidate.
