About Havenly
At Havenly Brands, we’re building this generation’s premier destination for all things home. Alongside our award winning Havenly design services, we proudly own and operate some of the best home furnishings brands in the business including Havenly, Interior Define, The Citizenry, Burrow, The Inside, and St. Frank. Our family of brands is growing and we’re looking for amazing people to join us on this journey!
Havenly is not just the #1 residential interior design service in America - we're architecting the future of how millions design their homes. With our proprietary 3D visualization technology, our worldwide network of designers empowered with AI tools, and our revolutionary customer-facing AI design assistant, we're at the inflection point of a massive market transformation. This isn't just another operations role, it's the opportunity to build the category-defining business at the intersection of AI, design, and commerce.
Our Core Values
- Exhibit Gumption: meet every challenge with spirit and energy; believe the impossible is possible.
- Overperform: work hard, move fast, be scrappy.
- Stay Playful: no jerks, no whiners; have fun and keep perspective.
- Act Like an Owner: be accountable, speak up, act in Havenly's best interest.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Creative Production Coordinator to support our creative production team in keeping photoshoots, studio operations, and creative projects running smoothly. Think of this role as the logistical engine behind our creative output—you’ll assist with shoot preparation, manage sample and prop inventory, and help ensure each project (from shoots and campaigns to events and retail activations) comes to life seamlessly.
This person will work closely with creative, marketing, merchandising, product and external production partners to coordinate the details that keep projects moving. The role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive and comfortable jumping between multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced creative environment.
You'll work across our full brand portfolio—Havenly, Interior Define, The Citizenry, Burrow, The Inside, and St. Frank—so the products, styles and shoot needs shift from week to week, and no two productions look quite the same.
What You'll Own
- Coordinate logistics for photo and video shoots, including preparing call sheets, schedules, permits, COIs, contracts and other production materials.
- Support on-set operations for photo and video productions, coordinating talent, crew, products, props, wardrobe, equipment and other production needs to keep shoots running smoothly and on schedule.
- Manage incoming and outgoing product samples, props and creative assets, including tracking, labeling, organizing and ensuring everything is shoot-ready.
- Support the creative studio’s day-to-day operations, helping keep the space organized, inspiring and functioning efficiently.
- Coordinate with photographers, stylists, set designers, models, vendors and other partners to ensure production details are aligned and needs are met.
- Coordinate with offshore partners and sourcing teams as needed to support production needs, track requests and ensure products, props and other assets are sourced and delivered according to project requirements.
- Serve as a key point of contact across creative, marketing, merchandising and product teams to keep production logistics, timelines and deliverables on track.
What You'll Drive
- Manage project timelines, next steps and action items across creative productions, proactively communicating updates, risks and outstanding needs.
- Maintain production workflows, documentation, status tracking and other tools that keep creative projects organized and moving forward.
- Track and document production budgets and spend, including estimates, invoices and project expenses.
- Manage post-production asset organization and delivery, ensuring final assets follow established SOPs, naming conventions and folder structures.
- Maintain accurate asset libraries and ensure final deliverables are properly organized, documented and accessible to internal teams.
- Support and improve production processes as the team grows, identifying opportunities to make workflows more efficient and productions more organized — including exploring AI-powered tools and automation to streamline repetitive coordination work (e.g., call sheets, tracking, asset organization).
We Are Looking for People Who
- Have 1–3 years of experience in a production, studio, marketing or creative operations role.
- Have experience supporting photo and/or video production, including coordinating logistics, documentation, vendors, talent, products or other production needs.
- Have exceptional organizational skills—you’re comfortable managing multiple tasks and never let the details fall through the cracks.
- Have strong project management skills and the ability to manage timelines, action items and competing priorities across multiple projects.
- Are familiar with tools like Google Workspace, project-management tools (e.g., Asana or Airtable) and working in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Approach ambiguous problems by figuring out what's broken and acting on it, not waiting to be told what's next.
- Move fast, take real ownership of outcomes, and hold themselves to a high bar.
- Collaborate well across teams, with a low-ego, no-drama approach to getting things done.
Bonus points if you also have an interest in interiors, design, or lifestyle content.
At Havenly, we're building with AI as part of how we work. We're looking for people who are genuinely curious about AI-assisted tools and eager to adopt them; this is about openness, not existing expertise.
About You
- You’re proactive, accountable and eager to build something great.
- You handle fast-moving, high-energy situations with positivity and clarity.
- You’re deeply organized and also excited by creative work and imagery.
- You’re excited to support the production process that brings brand creative to life.
- You want to grow professionally and contribute to a team that’s shaping the future of home.
