Position Summary

The Advanced Practice Provider will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients seeking Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and related wellness services. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing hormone-related conditions, educating patients on treatment options, monitoring therapy outcomes, and providing comprehensive preventive care.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients seeking Hormone Replacement Therapy and wellness optimization.
  • Assess and manage hormonal conditions including menopause, perimenopause, low testosterone, thyroid disorders, and other endocrine-related concerns.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, laboratory findings, and evidence-based guidelines.
  • Prescribe and monitor hormone replacement therapies, supplements, and related treatments within scope of practice.
  • Review laboratory results and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Educate patients on treatment expectations, risks, benefits, lifestyle modifications, and long-term health goals.
  • Monitor patient progress through follow-up visits and ongoing care management.
  • Ensure appropriate preventive screenings, wellness assessments, and continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation within Athena EMR.

Patient Experience

  • Build strong therapeutic relationships through compassionate, personalized care.
  • Support patients in achieving health, wellness, and quality-of-life goals.
  • Provide education and counseling regarding nutrition, exercise, weight management, sexual health, and healthy aging.
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience that encourages engagement and treatment adherence.

Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with Medical Assistants and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and visit preparation.
  • Review patient histories, laboratory results, and treatment plans prior to appointments.
  • Maintain timely and accurate chart completion.
  • Adhere to clinic workflows, compliance requirements, and documentation standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical training opportunities.

Schedule

Monday – Friday

Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (subject to clinic needs)

Daily Schedule:

  • Patient consultations and follow-up visits
  • Dedicated administrative time for chart completion, laboratory review, and patient communication
  • Lunch break

Qualifications

Required

  • Current APRN or PA-C license in the state of practice.
  • DEA license and prescriptive authority as required by state regulations.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient counseling skills.
  • Experience interpreting laboratory results and developing treatment plans.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Functional Medicine, Women's Health, Men's Health, Endocrinology, Anti-Aging Medicine, Wellness, or Primary Care.
  • Experience managing menopause, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), thyroid optimization, and metabolic health concerns.
  • Experience with Athena EMR.
  • Certification or additional training related to hormone optimization, women's health, or preventive medicine.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer compensation well above market average to attract top-tier APPs.


  • Base Salary: Up to $150,000
  • Performance Bonus: Up to $20,000 annually (paid quarterly)
  • Total Potential Compensation: $180,000+
  • Potential Sign on bonus upto $10,000
