Warehouse Associate – $23–$30/hr + Shift Differential | San Jose, CA

Position Summary
Earn $23–$30 per hour in a key role at IRBIS Air Plumbing Electrical, one of San Jose’s most respected home service companies. As a Warehouse Associate, you’re the backbone of daily operations. You make sure our technicians have the right equipment, at the right time, every time.

Core Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and put away incoming equipment, parts and materials
• Pick, stage and load parts and equipment for service calls and installations
• Keep inventory counts accurate and update the inventory system
• Restock technician vans and track what each vehicle has on board
• Process returns, warranty parts and vendor pickups
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe at all times
• Communicate with dispatch, technicians and purchasing about shortages or delays
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, inventory or logistics role preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for a full shift
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Must pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent Spanish is highly preferred, to help communicate with our diverse team

Pay
$23–$30/hr, depending on experience, plus shift differential

• Hourly: $23–$25/hr to start, depending on experience
• Shift differential: [$X/hr for hours worked after X:00pm]
• Weekly: $920–$1,200
• Yearly: $47,840–$62,400
• Top earners: $30/hr

Schedule

• Full time, Sunday–Thursday
• 12:00pm–8:30pm (8-hour shift plus a 30-minute meal break)
• 40 hours a week
• Sunday work required
