About the role
Kaimetrix is seeking a Senior Content Site Manager to support the Army G‑2 Data Capabilities Division (DCD) Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO) mission. This role provides advanced intelligence content and knowledge management support, ensuring intelligence information is discoverable, accessible, and effectively organized across U.S. and multinational networks to support analytic production and mission execution.
The Senior Content Site Manager demonstrates deep expertise in intelligence content management, analytic rigor, and knowledge‑management practices, operating independently with minimal oversight while supporting high‑level intelligence requirements across the Intelligence Community.
What you’ll do
Intelligence Content & Knowledge Management
- Assist in aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations supporting analytic production
- Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management systems, and records management systems to shape workflows and processes
- Manage, curate, and maintain intelligence content across portals, repositories, and web‑based platforms
- Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals in support of formal production and taskings
Analytic Rigor & Methodology
- Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge and understanding of content management and knowledge‑management activities required to meet mission requirements
- Apply mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies to content and knowledge‑management activities
- Pursue and incorporate developments in academia or other relevant fields that affect analytic tradecraft methodology
- Define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments supporting high‑level tasks
- Conduct in‑depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge‑management issues across organizational and intra‑Intelligence Community boundaries
- Clearly articulate key findings derived from content and analytic assessments
Review, Evaluation & Reporting
- Review analytic products for cogent arguments, adherence to tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions
- Routinely test analytic rigor of intelligence products and content
- Compile reports on performance metrics, usage metrics, and future requirements for existing knowledge‑management capabilities, including but not limited to:
- Search
- Discovery
- Storage
- Retrieval of data
- Support continuous improvement of knowledge‑management capabilities through data‑driven analysis
Independent Execution & Collaboration
- Work independently with minimal oversight to execute assigned tasks
- Collaborate with analysts, organizations, and Intelligence Community partners to support information sharing and mission success
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Demonstrated in‑depth expertise in intelligence content management and knowledge‑management activities
- Demonstrated ability to independently analyze, evaluate, and improve analytic and content‑management processes
- Demonstrated experience reviewing analytic products for rigor, quality, and tradecraft compliance
- Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of that experience within the last two (2) years
- Required: 10 years of demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working within the DoD or Intelligence Community within the last two (2) years
- Advanced experience using Microsoft SharePoint
- 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline supporting formal production and taskings
Education (Desired)
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited institution
OR - Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline
OR - High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline
Security Requirements
- Active DoD Top Secret / SCI security clearance
- Ability to obtain additional access as required by mission
