Legal Solution Specialist - Singapore

About the role

As a Legal Solution Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers across the region — the in-house legal teams, legal operations professionals, and procurement teams who rely on LegalOn every day. Your job is to make sure they don't just adopt the platform, but genuinely get value from it: faster reviews, more consistent standards, and more time spent on the work that actually needs a lawyer.

This is an early, high-impact role on our regional team. You'll help shape and scale how we deliver customer success across APAC, with a lot of visibility from leadership and real ownership over how we build.


What you'll do

  • Own the customer journey. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across the region, guiding them from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion, and ensuring their early and ongoing success on the platform.
  • Drive onboarding and enablement. Design and deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement — from group workshops to one-on-one sessions — that help teams become confident, proficient users of LegalOn.
  • Shape how customers use the platform. Partner with customers to build and refine the frameworks, content, and guidance that power their work-streams, to optimise customers’ workflows.
  • Understand each team's workflows. Ask thoughtful questions to uncover how a team reviews and negotiates contracts, then offer tailored guidance on how LegalOn fits the way they work.
  • Anticipate and resolve issues. Address customer questions and challenges promptly, working with technical support and product teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure retention and growth. Monitor usage and satisfaction, flag at-risk accounts early, and partner with Account Executives to identify renewal and expansion opportunities through demonstrated impact.
  • Be the voice of the customer. Translate what you hear on the ground into clear, actionable feedback for product and engineering, helping shape the roadmap with APAC-specific priorities.
  • Build regional credibility. Contribute to enablement content, best practices, and case studies, and act as an ambassador for LegalOn across the regional legal community to build visibility, credibility, and adoption.


Qualifications

  • Experience in customer success, account management, legal practice, legal operations, consulting, or a customer-facing role in legal tech or SaaS.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior legal stakeholders such as General Counsel and Heads of Legal.
  • A genuine curiosity about how AI is changing legal work — and the judgment to talk about it credibly, including its limits.
  • The ability to translate customer needs into clear internal feedback and to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where you'll help build processes as we scale in the region.
  • Based in Singapore, with the ability to travel occasionally to customer sites across Southeast Asia and Australia.

Nice to have

  • A law degree (Singapore JD or equivalent) and/or post-qualification experience practising law, whether in-house or at a firm.
  • Familiarity with contract review, negotiation, or contract review playbooks, and an understanding of legal workflows across APAC jurisdictions.
  • Experience introducing or scaling a new tool, process, or knowledge framework within a legal or professional-services team.
  • Prior experience in legal tech or AI adoption.
