We are growing rapidly across Tennessee and are building a team of mission-driven professionals who thrive in fast-paced, people-centered environments.
Total Healthcare. Where you live.
About the Role
Matter Health is seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Medical Director to provide physician leadership across our Southeast markets. This role will partner closely with operational and clinical leaders to support care delivery, provider performance, quality initiatives, and continued market growth.
Our physicians care for older adults living in affordable housing communities—many of whom face significant barriers to accessing healthcare. The ideal candidate is a mission-driven physician leader who is passionate about improving outcomes for underserved populations while supporting providers and clinical teams across multiple markets.
The Regional Medical Director will serve as a key clinical leader responsible for ensuring high-quality care delivery while helping drive clinical strategy, provider engagement, operational excellence, and patient outcomes.
This is a highly collaborative role for a physician leader who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and supporting healthcare innovation in community-based environments.
