Position Summary:

Responsible for Restaurant reservations, logs, confirmations; daily menu update; amenity oversight; communications and relations with guests; outreach in community; trainer for guest services.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

People:

• Address callers in a warm, hospitable tone with clear articulation and proper use of English.
• Act as Restaurant Concierge: perform community outreach.
• Assist in training Guest Services and other Meadowood Staff
• Be a role model of Meadowood’s culture

Product / Service:

• Answer all calls about the Restaurant. Provide information. Make and confirm reservations
• Maintain reservation logs.
• Perform Guest Correspondence: thank you cards, apologies,
• Maintain detailed guest history in data base
• Arrange guest amenities

Supervisory responsibility:

• None

Compensation:

The starting hourly rate for this position is $18.00 - $21.00 per hour + tips.

• This is the rate Meadowood Napa Valley reasonably expects to pay. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education, and other job-related qualifications. This position is eligible for service charge distributions and gratuities in accordance with company policy. Total compensation varies and is not guaranteed.
