Job Summary

• Seeking a Content Developer to support the development and maintenance of training content for mission-focused technical programs
• This position is responsible for gathering source material, organizing content for course development, and helping ensure training products accurately reflect required subject matter and proficiency objectives
• The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the applicable training content area and is able to translate operational, instructional, or technical knowledge into clear and effective course material

Primary Responsibilities

• Gather raw content and source material for inclusion in assigned training courses
• Organize and prepare content for development into instructional materials
• Review course storyboards to ensure source content is accurately and appropriately represented
• Work with instructional and technical personnel to support development and maintenance of training products
• Help determine appropriate testing and assessment methods to ensure students demonstrate required proficiency
• Review training content for completeness, technical accuracy, and alignment with intended learning objectives
• Support updates to existing training materials as mission, technical, or instructional requirements change
• Incorporate feedback from instructors, subject matter experts, and stakeholders into course content
• Maintain familiarity with the technical or operational subject matter associated with assigned training
• Support documentation and quality review activities associated with course development and maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
• Four (4) years of experience in the content area associated with the training being developed or maintained
• Experience must include at least one of the following:
• • Computer Network Operations (CNO) operational duties
  • Development of related training
  • Instruction of related training
  • Mentoring or technical leadership in related content areas

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Certifications relevant to the applicable training content area
• Experience reviewing storyboards or instructional materials
• Experience developing or supporting technical training for mission or operational environments
• Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
