Junior TA Roles and Responsibilities
1. Candidate Sourcing
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes against job requirements
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
- Post job openings on recruitment platforms and company career pages
2. Recruitment Coordination
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain interview calendars and recruitment trackers
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process
3. Candidate Screening
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Evaluate basic qualifications, communication skills, and role fit
- Explain company overview, job role, compensation structure, and work model to candidates
- Shortlist suitable candidates for further evaluation
4. Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers
- Understand job requirements and hiring priorities
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and interview status
- Support recruitment drives and walk-in events
5. Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/recruitment systems
- Prepare offer documentation and onboarding coordination
- Track recruitment metrics such as:
- Number of profiles sourced
- Interview-to-offer ratio
- Offer acceptance rate
- Time-to-hire
6. Candidate Experience
- Ensure timely communication and professional engagement with candidates
- Provide interview feedback updates
- Maintain positive employer branding during interactions
