The not-for-profit, 25-bed Critical Access Hospital features a 24-hour physician-staffed emergency department, with state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging and electronic medical record services. Our large, quiet labor/birthing rooms are private and located away from other patient care areas. The private patient rooms on the 5th floor Medical/Surgical Department boast views from every window.

About the role
The Assistant Director of Clinic Nursing plays a key leadership role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, patient centered care across outpatient settings. This position collaborates with the Director of Clinic Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote evidence-based practice while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and professional development among clinical staff. Responsibilities included supervising clinical personnel, optimizing workflows, managing budgets and resources, and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. The Assistant Director also serves as a liaison between clinic leadership, providers, and interdisciplinary teams, helping to drive strategic goals, support staff engagement, and ensure consistent standards of care across all clinic sites.
