About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and dependable HR & Recruiting Administrator to support hiring, HR operations, and compliance across our growing business.

This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is eager to learn, take ownership of their work, and grow into more responsibility over time. You’ll work closely with leadership and play a key role in keeping recruiting and HR processes running smoothly day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Hiring (Primary Focus)

  • Post job openings and manage incoming applicants
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews
  • Track candidates and ensure timely communication and follow-up
  • Support the implementation and organization of standardized recruiting workflows

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist with payroll processing and reporting (Rippling)
  • Manage PTO tracking and respond to employee requests

Compliance & Benefits Support

  • Assist with benefits administration and enrollments
  • Maintain compliance documentation across multiple states
  • Support insurance, driver records, and policy tracking

Organization, Training & Process Support

  • Assist in building and maintaining structured onboarding processes, including 30-60-90 day tracking
  • Help track training completion and employee development activities
  • Support documentation related to performance reviews and HR processes

Compliance & Benefits Support

  • Assist with benefits administration and enrollments
  • Maintain compliance documentation across multiple states
  • Support insurance, driver records, and policy tracking

Growth Opportunity

This role is designed to grow into a broader HR position over time for someone who demonstrates strong execution, ownership, and the ability to take on increasing responsibility.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Rippling, ADP, or similar) is a plus

The pay range for this role is:

22 - 24 USD per hour (DFW Corporate Office)
