PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.
What You’ll Do
The Director of Security will lead and modernize security across our Azure-based SaaS platform. This role will define and scale how security is embedded into engineering, platform, and operations—evolving to a DevSecOps and AI-enabled model that strengthens protection while enabling speed, resilience, and customer trust.
In this role, you will:
- Define and execute a company-wide security strategy aligned to platform modernization and growth.
- Secure cloud environment (Azure), applications, APIs, and data.
- Embed security into CI/CD pipelines and engineering workflows (DevSecOps).
- Leverage AI to enhance threat detection, triage, and automation.
- Build and lead security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Own risk, compliance, and audit readiness (SOC2, GDPR, etc.).
- Establish security as a shared responsibility across engineering, product, and operations.
- Build security awareness, training, and champion programs.
- Act as a customer-facing security leader for audits and due diligence.
- Own and evolve disaster recovery and business continuity (DR/BCP).
- Define and track security metrics, dashboards, and remediation SLAs.
- Manage third-party and ecosystem security risks.
- Establish governance for safe and responsible use of AI.
What You’ll Need to Join Our Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years in security, including leadership in cloud/SaaS environments.
- Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS security.
- Proven track record building DevSecOps and secure SDLC practices.
- Experience supporting SOC2 and enterprise customer security requirements.
- Familiarity with AI-driven security tools and governance.
- Strong leadership presence with ability to influence across engineering and product.
- Ability to commute to the office in Park Ridge, IL two days per week, if in the Chicagoland area.

The pay range for this role is:
