Role Overview:
A Field Manager (FM) spearheads all aspects of localized experiential activity from development through execution. This single point of contact is responsible for delivering on all event and reporting needs. Projects can vary from experiential consumer activations, product launches, influencer dinners, pop-ups, festivals, to other regional brand activations. You will be the client liaison for the region on all programs from development through execution, managing all facets with a team based in each assigned market within your region.
This position is responsible for performing skilled computer duties with extreme attention to detail.
● Experience overseeing spirit-based programming preferred
● Proficiency in respective brand programming and education
● Exceptional organizational and communication skills
● Strong track record of establishing and maintaining cross-functional, working relationships (in-person and remote).
● Proven ability to multitask and handle multiple projects and varied workstreams
● Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling and vendor negotiation
● Experience training peers and subordinates, while monitoring the team’s resulting output.
● Knowledge of design, lighting, sound, video, photography and social media
● Proficiency with Google Workspace, Docs, Sheets, Slides
● Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits and event executions
● Keen awareness of event industry activity
● An eclectic sense of style and creativity
● Ability to work long hours, weekends and holidays
● 1-3 years of Field Marketing Experience

Salary
$76,500 - $82,500 per year (depending on experience) + performance based bonuses
