The Role.

Let’s make moves! We are looking for a DSCR Production Specialist to join the Revolution and create a meaningful and collaborative lending experience for our customers. As a DSCR Production Specialist, you will originate and close DSCR loans only.  

What you’ll be doing.

·         Serve as the initial point of contact for real estate investors seeking DSCR financing

·         Conduct detailed consultations to understand borrower goals, property performance, and investment strategy

·         Explain DSCR loan programs, qualification criteria, prepayment structures, and business‑purpose lending rules

·         Collect and review loan applications, entity documentation, credit reports, and property‑related income data

What we are looking for

·         2+ years mortgage experience

·         Ability to meet and pass all state certifications, requirements, and tests

·         Knowledge of mortgage industry, DSCR, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines, and related mortgage systems such as loan origination software

·         Self-motivation, entrepreneurship, and enthusiasm to lead a sales team
